Springs at cycle end
That tracks with the housing here - most of it went up around 1983, which puts the original springs at the end of their rated cycle life no matter how little the door gets used. We carry standard torsion springs sized for the builder-grade doors common to that era, plus the matching end bearings and cables, because when one spring on a 25-30 year old door fails, the other one is usually close behind.
