Because most openings in houses built around 1990 fall into a small set of standard widths - single doors near 8 or 9 feet, doubles near 16 feet - the stock steel sectional panels we carry match what's already on the wall more often than not. Torsion springs get sized and wound for your door's weight and track length on site; we don't pre-wind springs in the shop because a wrong wind on a torsion spring is a real injury risk, not a callback.
We carry standard-lift and high-lift track hardware, galvanized rollers, and openers with battery backup, which covers the bulk of what a 1990s-era double or single door needs.
What we don't stock on the truck: custom widths outside the common sizes, and specialty finishes like wood-look composite panels in less common colors. Those get special-ordered, and the lead time depends on the manufacturer, not on us - we'll tell you the wait as soon as we know it rather than guess.
